Learn to Box
Many People learn to Box not to knock someone out, but to get into shape. Young students, professionals, men and women sweating and working hard learning a new skill.
No expensive Hi-Tec workout equipment you can get the same or better conditioning with a basic Boxing workout.
A typical workout includes warming up, jump roping, shadow Boxing, heavy bag and mitt work, and up to sparring. You will learn how to parry, roll, bob and weave, flinch, rope-a-dope, counter punch and more.
The Sweet Science
Intelligence makes all things possible. You will learn to create and reinvent yourself with the fundamentals we practice. How to be clever and avoid getting punched. How to measure distance effectively to keep your opponent in a discomfort zone.
Power is nothing without control. Learn to blend muscle and balance, to use your opponents momentum against them with effective aggression (not anger). Boxing is a positive skill. We pay a lot of attention to detail. All you have to do is trust the process.
Boxing is an effective way of learning how to channel and release the stress that builds up in our daily lives, which helps our body, mind and spirit become balanced.
