Congrats to the young athletes that competed in our members only competition. Our In-House tournaments are for our team members to get good practice in sport BJJ competition against some very tough opponents.

We create these tournaments to get our youngsters ready for bigger sport Jiu Jitsu tournaments put on by organizations such as IBJJF, NABJJF, SJJIF, NAGA , Grappling X , Jiu Jitsu World League , etc. These Jiu Jitsu tournaments are some of the best in San Diego!

The more tournament experience athletes get, the better their performance. It takes doing lot’s of tournaments to get good at doing tournaments. Good job Kiddos!

Preparation is the key

We are proud of our boys and girls putting in the focus, hustle and determination that comes along with stepping up to the next level.

We also want to thank the parents for entrusting us to challenge, encourage and inspire the children to work through anxiety and fear, which are key life principles and lessons to help us become the best that we can be.

“Feel the fear and work though it, no matter how difficult the obstacles.”

We were also pleased to award some outstanding competitors in our Jiu Jitsu Family with Leadership Awards. These little Ninjas displayed toughness, grit, and honor.

Young Athletes Grind It Out

Here are some highlights from our event:

We are back to practice on Monday for the athletes to keep improving and evolve. Each student has the capability to exceed their own expectations and increase their standards.

Our coaching staff teaches our athletes the value of discipline and hard work. That nothing of value is easy. We all need to keep grinding and striving to constantly improve.

See you guys at the next event!
