Goal Setting is the master skill of success


 

Learning the Jiu Jitsu ‘language’ happens one class at a time. It’s best to learn Jiu Jitsu in little chunks. There is so much to learn. Learning the Martial Art of Jiu Jitsu takes a long time and that is why it’s best to set goals to keep motivation high and keep dedication strong.
