Train as much as much as your body and mind will allow. Everyone gets super excited in the beginning and some start off going super hard, but then it backfires and they need to take a break. The key is consistency. Start slow, maybe two-three times a week, then progressively work to upping the intensity. Consider this: learning Jiu Jitsu is a Marathon, not a sprint.
