This component of our program is dedicated to teaching effective striking techniques, incorporating punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. Training integrates principles from boxing, Muay Thai, and kickboxing, emphasizing precision, power, and defensive skills. Students learn to both deliver impactful strikes and defend against attacks.

Wrestling & Takedowns

Wrestling skills are essential for controlling the fight’s flow and location. Our curriculum covers various wrestling styles, including freestyle and Greco-Roman, focusing on effective takedowns and clinch control. These techniques are vital for those looking to manage whether the fight remains standing or transitions to the ground.

Ground Fighting

The grappling component is centered on techniques for ground control and submission. Instruction is based on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and submission wrestling principles, covering position advancement and submission execution. The training is designed to enhance ground fighting capabilities, enabling fighters to secure positions and apply effective submissions.
